Oregional was engaged to manage and deliver a comprehensive event program and create marketing assets for the Ballarat Seniors Festival 2022. This month-long festival aimed to celebrate and honour older residents of Ballarat by offering a variety of events throughout October, designed to engage seniors, provide valuable information, and showcase the wide range of activities and opportunities in the region.
Oregional collaborated closely with the City of Ballarat’s Ageing Well team, ensuring all festival details were effectively communicated and widely promoted to maximise community engagement and participation.

The project successfully delivered a well-organised, appealing event program that celebrated Ballarat’s senior community. The Ballarat Seniors Festival was widely promoted, resulting in strong participation and fostering a deeper sense of community. Additionally, the assets and strategic direction provided by Oregional empowered the City of Ballarat to bring the management and marketing of the festival in-house for 2023.
