Oregional Collective were awarded the marketing and creative contract in 2018 for the iconic Grampians Grape Escape.
With the implementation of an integrated marketing approach, inspiring creative and innovative new event initiatives, the food, wine and music festival has attracted record crowds for 3 consecutive years.
Marketing deliverables included, web development, social media management, digital campaign management, printed collateral and media planning and buying.
Results
2017: Break-even financial result.
2018: 42% increase in crowd numbers. VTIC Awards finalist. Top 10 food & wine festival world-wine in AMEX’s Essentials.
2019: A further crowd increase of 7.5% and a sell out Saturday. A secured presenting partner. Record exhibitor numbers.
2020: Despite offering full refunds due to COVID-19, 50% of people chose to transfer their tickets to 2021.
