2020 saw the Seriously Shiraz festival staged online, with Grampians Winemakers finding another way for wine lovers to sample some of the best Shiraz, grown and produced in the country. Expert winemakers joined the National Wine Centre (NWC) Head Sommelier, James Boden, to share their wisdom and guide participants along the way in a virtual wine tasting masterclass.
Together with the wineries, Oregional marketed a choice of three themed virtual masterclasses, each with six cool-climate wines to sample.
Additional to the marketing campaign, creative deliverables included an event wordmark, social media assets, email template, press ads, postcards and more.
Results
With other NWC tasting masterclasses selling on average 40-80 tickets, Oregional and the Grampians Winemakers Inc were ecstatic at the sale of 300 tickets.
