With the anticipated increased demand for casual and full-time workers in Geelong, Bellarine and theGreat Ocean Road region over the 2022 peak tourist season, Oregional was tasked with creating an integrated recruitment marketing campaign.
A bright, youthful and fun campaign was rolled out across mainstream media, including print and radio;however, the campaign’s focus was a highly targeted and strategically innovative social campaign.
